What about once this thing has blown over and the country wakes back up?
Several states, mostly here in the south, are opening up their retail stores and restaurants – literally as I type this blog at 3:25pm on May 1st. Roads are filling with more traffic, and people are starting to poke their heads out of their doors. This monster is slowly waking back up, and I cannot wait for it to happen!
From an advertising and marketing perspective, this ‘chaotic’ time period of our economy represents another unique opportunity to be seized, and depending on the type of business you run, it could really become a game changer.
Once the fog of fear dissipates and the economy fully wakes back up, stir crazy people are going to pour out of their homes and do what they haven’t been able to for a long time – spend!
